Problem:
Manually downloading, organizing, and tracking email attachments was wasting time and causing errors.

Automatically detects email attachments, uploads them to Google Drive, logs file details in Google Sheets, and sends email responses.

Had so much fun building out the email automation ecosystem for GNJ Underwear ✨
This project included the Welcome Flow, Browse Abandonment, Abandoned Cart, and Post-Purchase Flow—all designed to feel like they belonged to the same brand universe while strategically guiding customers toward conversion.
What I loved most was the blend of fashion and wellness. While GNJ is an underwear brand, the product has functional benefits that require education in the same way a wellness product does. The challenge was communicating those benefits in a way that felt simple, engaging, and easy to absorb without disrupting the customer experience.
Branding, psychology, automation, and strategy all coming together is always my favorite kind of project. ✨

Client Onboarding Automation System
Built an AI-powered client onboarding workflow that streamlines the entire onboarding process from form submission to client communication. The system collects client information through forms, processes and validates data using an AI agent powered by GPT-4o, stores records in Google Sheets, and automates personalized email communications through Gmail. Custom JavaScript was used to handle data transformation, validation, and workflow logic, creating a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
