This real estate lead generation campaign was built to help the client get consistent inquiries from people who were genuinely interested in buying or selling property.
Instead of pushing one generic ad, I ran multiple angles like Coming Soon, Just Listed, Open House, and Just Sold so the ads matched where people already were in their decision process. Meta lead forms removed friction and made it easy for serious prospects to reach out.
The campaign generated 39 qualified inquiries at an average cost of $15.66 per lead, creating a steady and predictable flow of conversations. What this gave the client was clarity and control. They were no longer guessing where the next opportunity would come from. The system worked, and it could be scaled when needed.

This project combines the visual side of a funnel with the system running behind it. I’m designing the landing page in Figma, working through the structure, messaging, mobile layout, calls to action, and the steps visitors take before submitting the form.
I’m also setting up the backend workflow in GoHighLevel. When someone completes the application form, the system can create or update their contact record, tag the lead correctly, place them into the right opportunity stage, and begin the required follow-up process.
A page can look good, but the work doesn’t stop when someone clicks the button. The form, lead tracking, notifications, and follow-up all need to connect properly, or potential customers can easily get lost.
