The First Seed
A one-take AI short film created with Seedance 2.5 in CapCut Video Studio.
What if something as small as planting a single seed could become bigger than the person who planted it?
The First Seed follows a young girl who plants a tiny seed in her garden. Without realizing it, that small moment becomes the beginning of a journey through decades, generations, cities, nature, and eventually beyond Earth.
The entire film is designed as one continuous camera journey. The camera physically moves through the world as the story evolves, using natural transitions through leaves, branches, environments, and scale to carry the viewer from childhood to old age and finally into the future.
The visual idea was intentionally built around contrast: something incredibly small becoming something impossibly large.
For the visual development stage, I also used Gemini to generate and explore some reference imagery that helped establish the characters, environments, and overall visual direction. The final film generation and one-take workflow were created in CapCut Video Studio using Seedance 2.5.
The film is ultimately about one simple idea:
Nothing beautiful starts big.
Workflow
Developed the story and one-take concept.
Created visual references for the characters, environments, seed, tree, and overall cinematic direction.
Used Gemini during visual development to explore and generate selected reference imagery.
Brought the visual direction and references into CapCut Video Studio.
Used Seedance 2.5 to generate the continuous cinematic sequence.
Directed the camera movement, visual continuity, environmental transitions, and storytelling.
Refined the final result in CapCut.
Recorded the creation workflow as proof of the production process.

I created a high energy AI generated commercial concept for Double Seven, combining cinematic product shots, motorcycle action, dramatic lighting, and fast paced editing to create the feeling of speed, energy, and performance.
The goal was to explore how Seedance 2.5 can be used to create a complete branded advertising concept from AI generated visuals, then bring the individual scenes together into a polished commercial using CapCut.
I focused on making the final video feel like a real commercial rather than a collection of AI clips, with consistent branding, dynamic camera movement, product focused shots, and a strong visual ending.
