Hey everyone!
I’m Lulu, a Graphic Designer and Illustrator with 14+ years of experience turning ideas into clear, intentional visual stories. From Stock Vectors, Agencies & Design Studios as Graphic Designer/Illustrator until Art Director. I’m fluent in Adobe Illustrator and friends, and currently evolving my workflow with Figma and Affinity.
Outside work, I’m into story-driven games (in progress for Hollow Knight: Silksong), casually suffering as a pro noobin Dota 2, and constantly inspired by manga and comics. Drawing & Gaming is my reset button it keeps me grounded and sharp.

I built a small game for designers called TapTrap.
It’s inspired by those old school “Tricky IQ Test” games, but redesigned for people who obsess over alignment and argue about hex codes for fun.
I actually started building it before scripting was available in Rive, so most of the timers were powered by events and some pretty tangled state machines. When scripting finally came out, it helped me clean things up and make the whole thing work the way I had imagined.
It still needs some polishing and love, but I just could not keep this hidden any longer.

My entry for the Games with Rive challenge, finally! I was super happy to put my game dev skills to use.
⚔️ Battle Stride — a card-based dungeon crawler where you lay down path cards to guide a soldier through procedurally generated dungeons, battle enemies, and collect relics.
I used Rive's state machines to drive all the character and card animations, data binding to keep the HUD in sync with game state, and listeners for interactive hover and click effects on the cards.
All the art—characters, cards, tiles, and relics—was hand-drawn and animated in Rive's editor using vector shapes, then exported as lightweight files for the web.
Audio events in the state machine handle combat and pickup sounds. The whole thing runs in the browser with lightweight vector exports.
