While creating the video, we had a bit of a debate about how to present the form-filling process in the video production—should it be very simple or include some smooth elements?

though i love the additional elements personally, i think through the lens of a user, simplicity is key! it lends more to the idea that the form'll be a breeze to fill out with all the details needed.
