I built this comprehensive workflow automation to handle the heavy lifting of new client intake. The process is triggered by a successful payment, after which a make.com scenario automatically generates a custom contract in Dubsado and creates a dedicated project folder in Google Drive. As a make.com expert, I used API integration to sync these details with Asana for task management and Monday.com for high-level tracking. This is a system I have made.com automation for specifically to help agencies scale, ensuring that the CRM integration and onboarding are 100% hands-off.
