Uncle Dough is a sourdough bakery built on warmth, craft, and character. The brief was to create a brand that reflects slow fermentation, honest ingredients, and a welcoming neighborhood feel.
I developed the brand identity and all supporting materials, translating these values into a cohesive visual system. The challenge was balancing traditional bakery cues with a bold, approachable presence — resulting in a brand that feels familiar, yet distinctive across touchpoints.

There's a concept I use with every client before we open Figma and it's called the Credibility Gap.
It's the distance between what your company actually is, so that would be the product, team, traction, roadmap and what your brand communicates when someone lands on your website.
Most growth stage B2B companies have this problem because they built the brand early and never revisited it, while the product grew up, the brand didn't.
So now you're pitching enterprise deals with a visual identity that says "bootstrap stratup" and you're losing to competitors half your size who just look more polished. Your best prospects Google you, see a site that screams Series A, and quietly downgrade their expectations before the first call.
The credibility gap is real and most companies don't even know they have it. Brand growing alongside the product is key
Founders are dealing with enough chaos already, so I designed an AI landing page that feels like a literal deep breath.
For Klyro, I wanted to step away from the usual heavy tech look and create pure digital clarity. I paired soft gradients with clean typography to design a landing page that is actually calm and premium.
It really proves that modern AI tools can lean into a quiet luxury aesthetic and still look incredibly powerful.
It's been a while since I saw something as elegant as this. Great design!
