I do think that the shiny text gives more information to the users, with the circle you can see the progress, but with the text you know what the app is doing.
Still both look great! This is certainly an excellent job.
Good point! I guess the progress indicator would only be better if the wait were actually long enough to require reassuring the user 🧠 (which isn’t the case here).

According to me the Shiny text wins it cause sometimes the circle can be ignored/overlooked due to many aspects like thumb placement

I’m currently working on a project that’s quite personal to me, and interestingly, I’ve found myself stuck on a decision. Even as a designer, I can’t seem to choose between two gradient styles, both feel cool.
If you had to pick, which do you think looks cool: linear or wavy?

Wavy for me — there's more movement and personality to it. Linear is clean but the wavy version feels more organic and alive, especially for a personal project. Both are beautiful gradients though!
