The main goal of the project was to create a clean, modern, and clear design that would be easily perceived by consumers while also being consistent with the product's medical theme.

Transforming a CloudX product explanation from a basic PowerPoint into a more structured infographic. I shared a clear first direction (layout, flow, visual logic), expecting iterative feedback—as is typical in early rounds.

Instead, feedback stayed broad (“not what we’re looking for”) without specifics on what to adjust, which made it difficult to refine with intention. Do you reframe with multiple options?

Or introduce more constraints to narrow decisions? Outcome After a few rounds of back-and-forth, the project closed and was compensated—but I’d like to improve how I navigate this kind of situation moving forward.
