Remina is a two-sided, AI-powered event media SaaS that turns scattered event photos into a structured, interactive, and monetizable shared experience.
As the Lead Product Designer, I took this platform from a raw concept to a fully launched, production-ready product in just 8 weeks. My Core Contributions:
• Designed a frictionless B2C mobile flow, including an AI facial recognition onboarding sequence.
• Architected a complex B2B enterprise dashboard allowing event hosts to manage, brand, and monetize events.
• Established a premium, dark-mode design system optimized for accessibility and high user retention.
