Sometimes, the biggest opportunity isn't creating something entirely newโ€”it's recognizing the hidden potential in something that already exists.
For this challenge, I chose Locanda Boutique Hotel, a real boutique hotel in Germany. The hotel itself offers a warm, premium hospitality experience, but after exploring its online presence, I felt its website wasn't telling the same story. It worked, but it didn't inspire. It informed, but it didn't immerse. Most importantly, it missed opportunities to simplify operations and elevate the guest experience through modern automation.
So I asked myself:
What if booking a boutique hotel felt as premium as staying in one?
That question became the foundation of this project.
Rather than redesigning a few pages, I reimagined the entire digital journeyโ€”from the moment a guest discovers the hotel to long after they've checked out.

I created a modern, fully responsive hotel platform powered by Base44 that transforms the hotel's online presence into a complete guest experience.
Guests can:
โ€ข Discover and compare rooms โ€ข Book their stay seamlessly โ€ข Reserve airport transfers โ€ข Schedule spa treatments โ€ข Reserve restaurant tables โ€ข Book local experiences and attractions โ€ข Manage their reservations through a personalized guest dashboard โ€ข Interact with an AI Concierge that recommends rooms, answers questions, plans itineraries, and assists with bookings
Behind the scenes, I also introduced meaningful automations that save staff time while improving the guest experience.
