Voted 2026, the lighting and wool texture on the sheep hold up so much better under scrutiny than the cow shot. Good way to show the jump in quality without just saying it in words.

Going from 40% to 90% AI in a year is a huge jump. What changed most in your actual workflow, is it mostly generation now or still a lot of manual compositing on top?

The 2025 version required a huge amount of post-production on top of the AI-generated footage. We had to create multiple image-to-video generations, upscale and slow them down, and generate everything against a solid green background so we could isolate the characters.
