Design and Build Three Landing Pages for an Existing Construction Company Website
We are looking for an experienced web designer and developer to design and build three professional, high-converting landing pages for our existing construction company website, DCBuildsLA.com.
This is not a full website redesign. The new landing pages must be added directly to our existing website and should match our current company branding, colors, fonts, and professional style.
Our company, Design Construction, LLC, is a Los Angeles-based general contractor specializing in apartment buildings, multifamily construction, ADUs, new homes, major renovations, and inspection correction work.
Landing Page 1: Failed Inspections and Correction Notices
This page will target property owners, developers, and contractors who:
Failed a building or permit inspection
Received a correction notice
Have permit violations or unresolved corrections
Have unapproved or unpermitted construction
Need corrective work completed before reinspection
Have a project that was abandoned or left incomplete by another contractor
The page should include:
A strong, urgent headline
Clear explanation of how we can help
Call Now and Text Us buttons
A lead/contact form
An option to upload correction notices, inspection reports, documents, and photos
Fields for property address, city, permit number, and description of the problem

Landing Page 2: ADUs, New Homes and Residential Construction
This page will target homeowners, investors, and property owners interested in:
Detached and attached ADUs
Garage conversions
New single-family homes

Major residential renovations
Plans, permits, budgeting, and construction coordination
The page should include:
A professional residential construction design
Clear descriptions of our services
Relevant project photos
Call Now and consultation buttons

Landing Page 3: Apartment and Multifamily Construction
This page will target:

General Project Requirements
The freelancer will be responsible for:
Designing and building all three landing pages
Using one consistent design system across all three pages
Giving each page its own content, images, forms, and call to action
Adding the pages directly to our existing website
Matching our current branding and website appearance
Mobile, tablet, and desktop optimization
Fast loading speed
Basic on-page SEO for each page
Page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and proper page structure
Working Call Now and Text Us buttons
Contact and document-upload forms
Form submission confirmation messages
Testing all links, buttons, forms, and file uploads
Making the pages easy for us to edit in the future
Connecting the forms to our business email
Ensuring that we own all pages, designs, content, and files after completion
We will provide our logo, business information, available project photos, and general direction. We would like the freelancer to help organize the content and improve the wording and layout for lead generation.
Important
Do not rebuild or move our entire website.
Do not change our domain or hosting.
Do not use a separate landing-page platform.
Do not add paid plugins, subscriptions, or ongoing services without approval.
The pages must be built inside our current website.
Temporary website access will be provided after hiring.
No recurring monthly fee unless agreed to in advance.
