I built an automated implementation kickoff flow that triggers the moment an opportunity hits Closed Won in Salesforce. In parallel: Slack channel created, Freshdesk ticket opened, Drive folders spun up from a template, Jira project initialized, Airtable record added - all before the sales rep has finished their celebration coffee.
The harder problem wasn't building the automation. It was getting the team to trust it enough to stop doing the manual steps just in case. That trust comes from solid error handling and a clear notification when something does fail - so people know the system is watching.
