Supported organizations in implementing change initiatives that required teams to adapt to new processes, tools, or ways of working. My role focused on ensuring that these transitions were managed in a structured and coordinated way, with particular attention to stakeholder communication, engagement, and alignment throughout the process. This included organizing communication updates, tracking the progress of change initiatives, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, and supporting teams in navigating transitions with minimal disruption. By combining project coordination with change management practices, organizations were able to implement initiatives more smoothly while maintaining clarity, alignment, and operational continuity across teams.
