Built this workflow today to automate customer complaint handling and priority-based routing using n8n.
Instead of manually reviewing every complaint, the workflow automatically:
📩 Receives customer complaints through a Webhook
⚙️ Uses JavaScript Code to process multiple customer records
🔀 Uses IF logic to identify high-priority complaints
🚨 Sends high-priority complaints to an external API via HTTP Request
📊 Sends normal-priority complaints directly to Google Sheets
📝 Structures customer name, email, complaint, priority, status & message for further processing
This is a practical example of how automation can reduce manual complaint handling and make sure urgent cases are routed immediately while regular cases are still recorded systematically.
