Designed and built a WhatsApp AI agent system in n8n that acts as a 24/7 AI receptionist for businesses, replying to customers instantly through conversational AI, understanding text and images, and managing real operations behind the scenes.
The system routes incoming WhatsApp messages through a core ai_automation agent powered by GPT models with persistent memory, then uses multi agent orchestration to delegate tasks: email management through Gmail, live research through web search tools, appointment_booking_automation through Google Calendar, and task tracking through Google Tasks. Customer memory and chat history are stored in a MongoDB vector database with RAG, so the AI maintains context across sessions instead of starting fresh each time.

This automation was built for Facebook automation, the client has lists of contents that they want to post daily and they needed an automation to do that
The challenge i had was creating page for the client, because Facebook just didn't want to create a new page
But after it worked the automation has been at it's best, the only manual process there is to generate contents that'll be posted to the page once every month, though i suggested generating ai contents that'll be auto posted but she insisted not using ai content.

I developed a custom Make.com (http://Make.com) workflow automation integrated with Twilio and Google Sheets. The system verifies that each message is an incoming SMS and cross-checks the sender’s number against a stored cold leads list in Google Sheets. Once validated, the automation categorizes responses into “Yes”, “No”, or other intent types using filters and routing logic.
Based on the response, the workflow triggers different actions such as follow-ups, lead qualification, or handling objections. It also instantly notifies the business owner whenever a new reply is received, ensuring fast engagement and higher conversion rates.
