For this challenge I wanted to redo a salon that I have a personal connection to. They've needed a revamped site for quite some time and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to turn their basic Wix page into something more. For this challenge we had 2 goals in mind: make the booking CTAs easier to find and streamline a system that uses multiple booking platforms so its easier for the client. We used AI to tag the imagery in the artists' portfolios so users could find the look they want and book it by tags. They could also decided if they wanted to see a specific stylist by their profile/portfolio or book by first available and the dynamic calendar would adjust for the client's preferences. We also created a set of custom APIs that will allow the clients to book on the site and then transfer that to the stylists' booking apps letting each user keep their independent systems while keeping users on the site. For those still looking for a stylist, the AI chatbot will help them find the right stylist for them based on what they're looking for, whether it be scheduling, service or personality. I also had base44 add a narration track to see how versatile it could be.
