I am a hard-working professional who is dedicated to health. Over the course of my 7 year career in the fitness industry with personal training, group fitness instruction, and swim instruction, I have learned the inner workings of how to apply health and exercise towards one’s goals. I have been a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and have a bachelor's degree in health promotion and a Masters in Education in Counseling in progress.
