A couple of years ago, I started a photography business. It flopped at first, but eventually picked up. As the client list grew, so did the admin work, and managing it all became a real bottleneck.
I've picked the business back up, built out a photography portfolio (https://chibuzor.pics), and created a custom Notion agent to handle the busywork.
Meet Slate - a custom Notion agent that takes in all my bookings, tracks them in my client database, drafts emails to clients, and keeps everything up to date through delivery.
