Skills are expiring faster than degrees.
But there is a clear trend worth paying attention to.
By 2030, the fastest-growing skills wonβt be only AI or big data.
According to the WEF, the leaders are:
β’ Analytical thinking
β’ Resilience
β’ Lifelong learning
This tells us that competition is shifting from technology itself to human capability.
In a world where tools evolve every quarter, our real competitive advantage is not the tool - Itβs the ability to think.
Resilience is the one of very important skill for me.
One habit I use to train it:
120 pushups every day
Two sets: 80 + 40.
Today is day 294.
Planning to keep going until I stop counting
For now, Iβm still crossing off the days on a piece of paper like a prisoner marking the wall.
