I've been writing production software for over 20 years. For the last several, I've focused entirely on one question: how do you take an LLM from "impressive demo" to "system the business actually depends on"?

The answer is infrastructure. The context window doesn't matter if retrieval is bad. The model doesn't matter if you can't afford to call it 10,000 times a day. The agent doesn't matter if it can't hand off cleanly to the next one. That's the layer I work in — the engineering between the model and the outcome.

Here's what that looks like in practice. I built AgentForge, a multi-agent orchestration framework that runs 4.3 million tool dispatches per second with under 200 milliseconds of orchestration overhead at P99. I built a 3-tier Redis caching layer that reduced LLM API costs by 89% — not as a one-off optimization, but as a reusable architectural pattern now baked into every system I ship. I built CRM integration adapters for GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Salesforce that share a unified protocol, so swapping platforms doesn't require rewriting the AI layer.

None of that is prototype work. Every repo I ship has a full test suite — I'm currently at 8,500+ tests across 11 production repositories, all CI green on GitHub Actions. Every repo has Docker support, Architecture Decision Records, benchmark suites with P50/P95/P99 latency targets, and Mermaid architecture diagrams.

My core stack is FastAPI for async Python APIs, PostgreSQL for persistence, Redis for caching and session state, ChromaDB or FAISS for vector storage, and the Claude/GPT-4/Gemini APIs for LLM inference.

I work remotely from Palm Springs, CA. I communicate async-first, commit daily, and over-document by design.
