Did you know LinkedIn posts with images see higher engagement rates than text-only posts? VisitNorfolk recently opened two positions and wasn’t seeing as many applications as we’d hoped. After posting these graphics I designed on LinkedIn, we’ve seen a strong influx of applications and increased click-through rates!

Knowing your audience on each platform is key to boosting engagement. With year-round cruising now in Norfolk, VA, the only year-round cruise port in the state, I tailored this Facebook Reel (https://www.facebook.com/reel/982235664049986) to highlight what matters most to our target demographics.
The reel has earned over 300K views and is still seeing engagement seven months later. Check it out!

A good example of how I tailor copy per audience: I crafted this LinkedIn post to highlight industry impact while keeping it authentic to the Norfolk Tourism Foundation's voice. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/norfolk-tourism-foundation-visitnorfolk_a-record-breaking-year-on-the-greens-thank-activity-7384273514259976192-8Yvh?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAADjJTd4BTPKHzczw5N4ohgV-DeqeZhV2Wbg

I love showcasing everything our city has to offer. While business features are always fun and rewarding, highlighting the spaces and places that make our community special is truly my favorite! https://www.instagram.com/p/DOjBfY0kXES/
