As the Lead Experience Designer, I directed the strategic digital transformation of the event. We created an interactive 3D map/virtual tour that allowed over 14,000 students to navigate five campuses and access 80+ virtual stands and 100+ live talks. This project showcases my expertise in Experiential Design and Digital Transformation, proving my ability to translate complex physical events into successful, large-scale digital products with high user engagement.
