I build AI products that other people use to do their work, and I run them in production: from the first conversation about the problem to design, code, deployment and day-to-day support.
How I build with AI: the model reads and proposes; deterministic code decides. Every system has a reviewable gate between the two — evidence checked against real records, hard limits the model cannot argue past, a human-in-the-loop path and an audit trail.
Products I built and operate:
• LICITEX — analyses public tenders and tells a company whether it can bid, what it meets, what is missing and which risks to review, quoting the tender. (An LLM reads; a deterministic engine decides.)
• CONTROLIA — digitises construction-site control; an AI supervisor cross-checks reports, photos, quantities and contract documents to find what is missing or inconsistent. (Vision + deterministic rules.)
• NUVIA — runs a travel and wedding agency in one place: passengers, events, payments and WhatsApp conversations. (Official WhatsApp Cloud API + LLM classifier.)
• CQ DEV — automates finding, evaluating and following up job opportunities, with deterministic gates before any action.
• The platform underneath: containers, CI/CD on GitHub Actions, image digests and tested rollback; heavy jobs burst to Azure Container Instances on demand.

I also built TRAMIA, which orchestrates AI video production — script, scenes, voice, image and render — with the cost of every call.
Communication: I work in writing — clear async updates by chat, email, tickets and documentation. Spanish native, Portuguese advanced; my English is A2–B1: functional for technical reading and written async work, limited for spoken calls. Based in Asunción, Paraguay (UTC−3).
