Set up the Amazon Seller Central brand account, live in the US, Canada and Mexico with UK, Australia, Japan and Egypt registrations underway, and modernized the company's social and LinkedIn presence alongside the new export CRM.

System architecture for KTC Trade Manager, the export CRM I built and run. React and TypeScript frontend on Vercel; Supabase backend with PostgreSQL, authentication, edge functions and environment secrets; integrations for Zoho Mail (API + OAuth), Brevo email and multi-mailbox routing so each salesperson's outreach lands in the right inbox. Changes ship through a GitHub pull-request workflow with CI. Designed to be cheap to run, easy to hand over, and owned fully by the business.

Order-to-fulfillment automation for an export business: I mapped the full buyer journey (order confirmed, onboarding, order creation, document collection, payment tracking, shipping updates, delivery, closure) and automated the follow-ups at each stage. Buyers get email updates through Brevo and WhatsApp Business messages, routed across multiple Zoho mailboxes and orchestrated in Make, with every step logged back to the CRM so the sales team sees status at a glance.

KTC Trade Manager: an export CRM I designed and built for a rice export company. It replaced spreadsheets and scattered inboxes for 300+ buyers across 22+ countries, covering buyer records, quotes, orders, shipment tracking and pipeline dashboards, with automated email and WhatsApp outreach through Brevo and Make.com.
