Dento: book the dentist the way you'd text a friend. Dr. Aoife Brennan runs her Dublin practice almost on her own. Her phone rings while she's in the middle of a filling, and patients who don't show up leave empty chairs. Most booking tools only take a request that someone still has to confirm by hand. Dento confirms the real appointment straight away, on whatever channel the patient already uses. What it does Book on any channel: patients can book, confirm, reschedule or cancel on the web, in a WhatsApp chat or with WhatsApp Flows, by email, or by voice with an AI receptionist built on ElevenLabs. Every channel uses the same live calendar. The dentist stays informed without picking up the phone: she gets a WhatsApp message whenever a booking is made or changed. Automatic confirmations and reminders help cut no-shows. Patients control their data (GDPR): patients choose separately whether they want reminders and whether they want marketing messages, and can delete all their data at any time. The video shows this. Admin panel: the clinic manages services, opening hours, staff and integration keys in one place, with no developer needed. How it's built I built Dento in Lovable on top of Arino One, our conversational business platform. Infobip handles the WhatsApp messaging and ElevenLabs provides the voice. Every clinic gets its own dedicated copy of the platform rather than a shared SaaS account. Try it Live site: https://dento.arino.one/ Guided demo (resets automatically, so you can try anything): https://dento.arino.one/demo Built with partners @Lovable , Infobip and ElevenLabs.

Showcase build with a live, interactive demo at resort.arino.one/demo. Hotels don't want another system to migrate to. Thalassa Crest shows how a coastal resort and golf club can run the whole guest journey on WhatsApp while its PMS, booking engine and OTA connections stay exactly as they are. A reservation fires a webhook from the PMS, Booking.com (http://Booking.com), Cloudbeds, Mews or a direct booking engine, and the guest conversation starts on its own. It includes: booking confirmation and pre-arrival questions answered with a tap (arrival time, early check-in, airport transfer) concierge requests during the stay: housekeeping, restaurant tables, tee times and activities spa treatments booked in the chat against live availability room and spa charges approved with a one-time code and written back to the PMS folio a live concierge inbox with shift handover, multilingual replies (FR, DE, IT, ES) and campaign analytics post-stay feedback on the channel guests actually read I also produced a video series (Lovable + Remotion) covering the guest journey and the operator view.

Cover image for Sigma AI is a global
Sigma AI is a global data-annotation and AI training-data company with a contributor workforce of more than 25,000 people across dozens of countries. Their recruiters were handling applicant messaging by hand across email, phone and spreadsheets, and every message had to meet EU data-protection rules. I built and run a dedicated Arino One instance for them on the WhatsApp Business Platform, powered by Infobip. It includes: a dual-number workspace (selection and production senders) automated candidate journeys from application to onboarding: confirmations, scheduling invites, reminders and stage updates a shared inbox for 20+ recruiters with assignment, handover and role-based access native Meta one-tap opt-in, an append-only consent ledger, instant keyword and button opt-out OTP-verified right-to-erasure flows with a signed completion receipt, plus a live consent health dashboard a 44-case QA test plan, signed off by Sigma AI's CTO WhatsApp is now the operational backbone of their global HR function, with compliance designed in before the first message was sent.
