Contractor Availability & Scheduling Automation. Power Automate: A team was manually emailing 50 contractors individually to collect weekly availability, tracking responses through email threads, and building schedules by hand. I replaced the entire process with an automated system that sends a single batch email with a form link, collects responses, fires a confirmation email to each contractor, and populates a color-coded availability calendar automatically. What previously took hours now runs itself.

Dual-Entity Invoice Payment Routing. Power Automate; A legal team's invoicing platform could only generate one payment link, but they operated two separate entities requiring different payment destinations depending on the client. I built an automated flow that intercepts each outgoing invoice, reads the recipient domain, cross-references a routing table, and replaces the link with the correct one before delivery. Eliminated hours of weekly manual bank reconciliation between two entities with zero ongoing intervention required.

AI Project Intelligence Agent. Regional CTOs were spending significant time making calls and digging through emails just to get up to speed on project status. I built an AI agent connected to Teams chats and SharePoint that automatically captures relevant emails and Teams meeting notes and delivers on-demand briefings covering current blockers, last week's progress, and the week ahead. Leadership went from chasing updates to simply asking a question and getting a complete answer.
