Built an AI voice agent using Retell AI for a residential estate agency to handle after-hours call inquiries, WhatsApp conversations, and intelligent property information sharing.
The agent answers calls 24/7, provides accurate property details from their database, books viewing appointments, and seamlessly hands off conversations to WhatsApp for sharing photos and brochures. It captures and qualifies leads automatically, then routes high-priority inquiries to human agents.
This eliminated 60% of missed after-hours leads, freed up 22 hours per agent per week from repetitive information calls.

Engineered an automated price comparison tool to inform strategic pricing of used inventory by scraping competitor data daily.
