Proposal Writer: a custom Claude Skill that makes Claude follow one business's process every time.
The skill folder holds the steps (SKILL.md), a price list, a proposal template and a checklist. In a real Claude Code run, it turned call notes into a priced proposal in the house style. It used only the skill's own prices, flagged an unmeasured job as "price to confirm" and caught that 7 November 2026 is a Saturday, not a Friday.
An example I built for my portfolio, with demo data. For clients, I build skills around their own task and test them on their own examples.

Order Desk: Google Apps Script that turns a Google Sheet into an order system for a shop or home business.
Google Form orders become tidy rows with an order ID, totals, tax and a status with guard-rails. Stock is reserved and returned exactly once if an order is cancelled. Paid orders get a PDF invoice saved to Drive and a customer email, with a preview mode first. A dashboard and a daily summary email show what is open and what is low on stock.
Live-tested in a real Google account, plus 25 automated tests. Open source on my GitHub. The screenshots come from that live test and a test run, with test data only.

BizDesk MCP: a custom MCP server that lets Claude handle the money side of a small service business: clients, quotes, invoices, payments and overdue reminders.
21 tools, including an overdue report, payment reminder drafts, quote to invoice and PDF export. Built in Python with the official MCP SDK and SQLite, with money kept in exact cents. Reminders are drafts only, so Claude never emails anyone on its own.
49 automated tests. Open source on my GitHub. The images show real Claude sessions using the server and the PDF it exported, with fictional demo data.

Web Task Robot: a Python + Playwright bot that types spreadsheet rows into web forms and collects web data into Excel.
It fills each form in a real browser, retries when a site is slow, never sends a form twice and resumes where it stopped. Every row gets a status in Excel, with the site's own message when a row is refused, plus an HTML report and screenshots.
55 automated tests, checked on Windows, macOS and Linux. Open source on my GitHub. The images show a real run on its practice site with fictional data.
