I developed a Sentiment Analysis project using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to classify customer messages based on their sentiment. I worked with customer text data, performed text preprocessing, and implemented both a lexicon-based approach and a DistilBERT transformer model for sentiment classification.
The project helped identify positive, negative, and neutral customer feedback and demonstrated how NLP and machine learning can be used to understand customer opinions from text data.

I developed an AI-assisted traffic forecasting project to predict future monthly network traffic for individual cells. The project uses historical KPI data and the Prophet time-series forecasting model to forecast traffic for the next 6 months.
I performed data preprocessing, analyzed traffic patterns, trained the forecasting model for each cell, evaluated the predictions using MAE, MAPE, and RMSE, and generated forecast results and visualizations. The project helps identify future traffic trends and supports better network capacity planning.
