Automated Operational Alert ETL and Data Transformation Suite
This project demonstrates advanced data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) capabilities using Excel Power Query to process complex infrastructure logs. Raw, unstructured timestamp data was ingested and cleaned to isolate key operational dimensions: building locations (Campus Name) and shifted timeframes (Morning, Evening, Night). By optimizing data types, handling missing values, and structuring the data pipeline, I built a dynamic data model. The transformed dataset feeds an automated PivotTable and a stacked column visualization, mapping total alert distributions across facilities to pinpoint peak operational demands and resource allocation requirements.

Clinical Alert and Nurse Call Analytics Dashboard
This Power BI project delivers interactive, data-driven insights into hospital facility management by tracking and analyzing real time nurse call data and clinical alert metrics. Built to streamline response protocols and improve patient safety, the dashboard aggregates event types (such as Alarms, Alerts, and Assists) across specific facility buildings, device locations, and standard equipment use (including Pressure Pads and Pendants). By visualizing alert frequencies alongside staff deployment data, healthcare administrators can identify operational bottlenecks, optimize nurse response times, reduce alarm fatigue, and ensure critical medical hardware is allocated efficiently across resident stations.

Functional QA Testing & Negative Test Case Suite for Web Applications
This project showcases the planning and structuring of a functional Quality Assurance (QA) testing suite, focusing on both positive and negative test scenarios for user input validation. For this matrix, I designed comprehensive test cases to validate form fields (such as Name, Last Name, and Email inputs) on a web interface across multiple browsers, including Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on Windows 10.
Each documented test case clearly outlines the product URL, targeted platform environments, strict pre conditions, step by step execution workflows, and precise expected results. By intentionally writing negative test cases to handle incorrect data formats, I help development teams identify vulnerabilities, handle errors gracefully, and deliver a seamless, secure, and bug-free user experience.
