I transformed a traditional travel business into a premium digital luxury experience designed specifically for the Italian market.
This project combined high-end visual design, conversion-focused UX, AI-assisted workflows, and storytelling to position Karion as a modern private travel brand rather than a standard tour operator.
The platform features a complete CRM ecosystem for managing bookings, custom proposals, client communication, lead tracking, and operational workflows, allowing the business to handle luxury travelers through a streamlined and scalable system.
Built with a WhatsApp-first communication flow and cinematic user experience, the platform was designed to attract qualified high-end travelers while simplifying internal operations and client management.
