The numbers behind the shops. I keep a monthly P&L in Excel across several Etsy shops, built from Etsy CSVs, Payoneer and bank statements, and POD invoices. Every transaction is converted at its own historical FX rate, and payouts are cross-checked so nothing is counted twice.
I price every product from the bottom up: fees, payment processing, ads, POD cost and shipping. I track margin, ad cost of sales, break-even discounts and a monthly ceiling on POD spend. Real figures are kept private; the visuals show the system.

A complete digital product line for my spiritual planner shop, Divine Blooms Co.: 58 Etsy listings, from single printable pages to a 318-page 2027 planner. The line includes moon calendars built on real 2027 moon phase and eclipse data, a 510-page dated daily planner, a hyperlinked GoodNotes planner, and guided 7-day and 21-day journals.
Each product ships in A4, A5 and US Letter, with dotted and plain versions. I also produced the listing copy, mockups and flipbook preview videos for every listing.

A personalized ornament line designed for the holiday season: baby’s first Christmas, new home, family portrait, memorial, monogram and pet ornaments in ceramic and glass. The work covered the design concepts, personalization layouts (names, dates, addresses), lifestyle mockups and listing presentation built to convert gift shoppers.

I built and run DesignOfJupiter, a print-on-demand Etsy shop for custom family, group and seasonal apparel. I handle everything from end to end: product design in Canva, mockups and infographic listing images, SEO titles and tags, pricing, and customer communication for personalized orders.
Results (Apr 2025 – Oct 2026): 408 orders, 15.2K visits, 349 live listings, a 5.0/5 rating from 70 reviews, and orders shipped to 330 cities in 6 countries. The shop also has an Etsy Bestseller listing and meets Etsy’s service standards.
