Self-updating KPI dashboard: leadership was getting performance updates as Excel files, screenshots and slide decks that were stale on arrival. I built one dashboard pulling directly from the booking and payment systems, showing acquisition, conversion, revenue pacing and membership by location. Weekly reporting became a link.

New-customer follow-up rebuild: rebuilt the intro follow-up across email and SMS and tracked revenue by channel. SMS out-earned email 5 to 1, which changed how the brand split its lifecycle effort.

Cross-sell sequence for a two-service wellness brand: most customers only ever tried one service, so I segmented single-service customers and reached them around day 14 with a timed email and SMS sequence. Second-service adoption rose 280%.

Promo pack sale with on-page checkout: the landing page took payment directly, and a Make.com (https://Make.com) scenario created the customer in the booking system and credited their sessions with no staff entry. Redemptions ran roughly 4x the prior promo, and the setup became the template for every sale after it.
