We wanted an AI agent to make outbound calls for us, and the part I didn't expect to matter so much was the voice. Artūrs went through provider after provider until we found one that actually sounded right for calls in Nairobi. He sent us different options, we listened to them together, and he kept looking until we had the right one instead of settling for the first option.
