Apps Script to create Google events and tasks when a cell is updated.
The requirement was to automatically create Google Tasks and Calendar events when a task is entered in Google Sheets.
• Implemented automatic updates to Google Tasks when the task name, status, or date is modified in the sheet.
• When a task is completed in Google Tasks, its status updates automatically in the spreadsheet for all assigned users.
• Meetings are scheduled via the sheet, generating Google Calendar events for all Gmail participants listed in the cell.
• Added automatic updates to calendar events when changes are made in the sheet.
• Entire solution built using Google Apps Script.

The client’s goal was to enter a new international market with a defined value proposition — but lacked clarity on the required steps.
I conducted a focused strategy session with the business owner, structured the full market entry strategy into clear blocks, and mapped every step into my proprietary task management system. I defined timelines, estimated budgets, assigned responsibilities, and outlined the necessary org structure to execute the plan.
The client received a complete roadmap, including a mind map in xmind and pdf formats, along with a fully structured Google Sheets action plan.

I developed a spreadsheet with an advanced system for tracking daily P&L metrics.
The sheet allows analysis across different time frames (week, month, 6 months, year) and includes dynamic projections based on the last 3, 5, or 7 days of performance.
It features:
– Automatically calculates planned targets and actual results using built-in formulas.
– Assigns responsible owners and priorities to each metric.
– Manager evaluation system that links daily performance ratings to employee compensation.
– KPI dashboards for clear visualization.
