When people think about travel apps, they usually focus on the booking screen.
As I continue learning UX Research, I'm realizing that's only one small part of the experience.
The real journey starts long before someone books a trip and continues long after they arrive.
By mapping each step, from discovering a destination to returning home, designers can identify pain points, understand user emotions, and create experiences that feel effortless.
Every user journey is a story. As UX learners, our job is to understand that story before we design the solution.

Excited to be participating in the Config 2026 Makeathon!
Over the past few days, I've been exploring a problem that feels increasingly relevant today:
How can we help people feel a little better when they're frustrated, stressed, lonely, or emotionally overwhelmed?
That's why I'm building Bloom 🌱
A simple interactive experience designed to help users pause, reflect, and improve their mood through small meaningful actions, calming interactions, and positive reinforcement.
The goal isn't to replace professional support. It's to create a small digital space where someone can spend a few minutes and leave feeling a little lighter than before.
Currently exploring:
• Emotional check-ins
• Interactive mood-lifting activities
• Reflection exercises
• Visual growth and progress systems
• Delightful micro-interactions
This project is also an opportunity to experiment with Figma Make and push my skills in product thinking, interaction design, and storytelling.
