🚀 Project Walkthrough: STOCKPILOT
I designed and prototyped StockPilot, an AI-powered ecommerce operations platform that helps teams manage bulk product updates with confidence.
This walkthrough shows the workflow from a store owner's perspective updating prices and inventory, reviewing results, and resolving issues without losing visibility into what actually succeeded.
One of the biggest UX challenges I solved was improving the post update verification experience by making partial successes visible, helping teams recover from issues faster.

Today, I’m diving deeper into product pages to uncover how small UX details affect user trust and conversions:
Product Images
Limited visual depth reduces buying confidence. Users need multiple angles, fabric close ups, lifestyle shots, and zoom capability.
Suggested fixes: Add images, enable zoom, include short try-on video
Delivery Information
Overloaded delivery info confuses users. Key details like delivery date and fee can get lost.
Suggested fixes: Highlight essentials, use icons, simplify text, or add collapsible sections.
Promotion Banner Placement
Loud promotions distract from Add-to-Cart and main product details.
Suggested fixes: Reduce prominence, improve spacing, maintain clear hierarchy.
