The problem: My client, a real estate financing company, had an outdated
WordPress site that didn't reflect the credibility of their brand. They needed a complete website redesign, but without a clear framework or vision to start from.
What I did: As the WordPress designer and developer on this project, I led a
full WordPress website redesign built with Elementor, taking the client
from uncertainty to a confident, polished direction:
Rebuilt the site structure to simplify complex DSCR loan concepts and guide
real estate investors toward a clear call to action
Designed a custom, mobile-responsive layout with strong visual hierarchy, hero, trust signals, referral program, and an FAQ section that answers investor objections before they become drop-offs
Developed conversion-focused landing page sections aligned with the brand's gold-and-navy identity.
Delivered on schedule and on budget, with clear communication at every milestone.

Challenge:
My client needed to transform their website to be more professional, and make the website easy to navigate for his target audience. They started the process but got overwhelmed and didn't know how to get the desired results they wanted.
Solution:
I made some wireframes from the discussion with my client and created a design using Elementor on WordPress.
