03 BRICK TOWER ON THE MUSEUM ISLAND HOMBROICH
Design task for a tower on the Museum Island Hombroich:
The exact position and function of the tower are left to creative interpretation. The tower may act as a sculpture that interacts with its surroundings and explores materials and proportions.
It can be walkable or exist purely as an object. Alternatively, it may serve as a viewing tower that harmonizes with its environment. This function requires thoughtful accessibility, possibly in the form of a staircase or other circulation elements. However, it is essential that the tower be constructed monolithically using bricks.

02 SERIAL HOUSING IN LÜDERITZ
Development of a vibrant urban district: The goal was to create diverse housing for a wide range of target groups, combined with adjacent uses such as small-scale commercial spaces or services. This development aims to establish a distinct identity and enhance urban quality. The design includes the creation of a contemporary usage concept for a socially and functionally mixed neighborhood, as well as a sustainable urban space, taking into account climate adaptation and existing building structures.

01 REVITALIZATION OF THE TANNERY DISTRICT IN BOCHUM
The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the revitalization and transformation of an inner-city shopping center from the 1980s in Bochum. The focus lies on the question of how to deal with the architectural legacy in a responsible and future-oriented way. The aim is to develop strategies for a sustainable transformation that both enhance the existing structure and create new qualities for the site.
