Project Title: Nexus AI: Autonomous Multi-Agent Research Assistant
The Pitch: A scalable, locally-hosted AI research platform powered by Azure GPT-4, designed to automate complex information retrieval, document analysis, and summarization through multi-agent workflows.
Project Overview:
Businesses today waste thousands of hours manually sifting through documents and compiling research. I built Nexus AI to solve this bottleneck. By orchestrating multiple specialized AI agents, this platform doesn't just answer questions—it autonomously conducts deep-dive research, processes multi-modal files, and synthesizes complex topics into actionable insights.
Key Features & Deliverables:
Multi-Agent Orchestration: Engineered utilizing LangGraph to manage complex, multi-step reasoning workflows, allowing different AI agents to collaborate on a single user prompt.
Dynamic Tooling (MCP Integration): Integrated a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, enabling the assistant to securely connect to external data sources and internal tools in real-time.
Enterprise-Grade Intelligence: Powered by Azure GPT-4, ensuring high-fidelity outputs, advanced reasoning capabilities, and data privacy for enterprise use cases.
Multi-Modal Document Processing: Designed to handle diverse data inputs seamlessly, including native support for parsing PDFs and image files directly within the chat interface.
Full-Stack Custom Interface: Developed a complete, responsive dark-mode web application (currently deployed locally) featuring persistent chat history, user session management, and role-based access tiers (Pro features).
