King of Drinks is a Luton spirits retailer selling rare and collectable whiskies, with bottles up to £950, through both a shop and an online store. Selling alcohol online in the UK means age verification at checkout, and selling collectables at that price means the site has to earn the trust of serious buyers. WEAMSE built the store on WooCommerce with age-verified checkout and delivery policies, ten product categories from miniatures to Macallan Rare Cask with dedicated rare and collectable merchandising, wishlist and quick-view browsing, competition and giveaway landing pages, Trustpilot reviews and a shoppable Instagram feed, so one site serves both the Luton shop and online customers. The store has since sold its highest-value bottle, £950, online.
