This ML pipeline, built with FastAPI and TensorFlow/Keras, is designed to predict antibiotic resistance from bacterial genomic sequences (FASTA files). It features an interactive dashboard, tools for model training/retraining, and a secure user authentication system.
The project demonstrates how technology can aid in the crucial search for new solutions when traditional treatments become ineffective, which is vital in the global fight against superbugs.
