Ink & Steel - From warrior to artist. Soga Shōhaku developed his own distinctive style to stand out and be recognized among other artists. I thought: what if this could be one of his styles? I used a samurai mask from The Met as the starting point for this idea. In my film, the warrior becomes the painter — his swords become brushes, and his movements transform the world around him into an ink painting inspired by Shōhaku’s work. Where Inspiration Begins explores the mysterious moment when an idea becomes art. It begins with a single black dot — the first trace of a thought — and follows it through the artist’s imagination as graphite becomes line, line becomes movement, and color becomes an entire living universe. After passing through whales, birds, landscapes and shifting painted worlds, the journey returns to the artist’s studio, where every fragment of imagination gathers into one finished painting. It is a visual journey from inspiration to creation.

The Ministry of Universal Complaints is a playful website where people can anonymously submit their complaints to the universe. https://potato-hexagon-m5lg.squarespace.com/ Pass - abart Instead of offering solutions, the site encourages visitors to vent, laugh, and leave feeling a little better. The experience combines cosmic humor with a clean, modern interface. How Finish Layer Was Used I used Block Animations to guide visitors through the complaint process and make interactions feel more engaging. Block Transforms helped create layered, dynamic layouts that add personality and visual depth without affecting usability. Key Design Decisions Fictional government-style complaint ministry with a cosmic twist. Seven clear complaint categories with intuitive icons. Humorous microcopy and confirmation messages to keep the experience lighthearted. Minimal, user-friendly interface focused on a quick and enjoyable experience. Design Goal The goal was to turn a simple complaint form into a memorable digital experience using humor, motion, and thoughtful interaction design. @Squarespace
