Project Title: Diplomatic Customer Service Space | Interior Design & Real-Time Visualization Overview This project focuses on the interior architectural design and high-fidelity visualization of a high-security diplomatic customer service area. The design intent was to harmonize grand institutional scale with a modern, transparent service experience. By utilizing an expansive curtain wall system and sophisticated material contrasts, the space projects an image of global professionalism and efficiency. The Visualization Process (Clay Mode to Final Render) The accompanying video showcases the transition from Clay Mode to a fully realized Material-Applied render in D5 Render. This workflow was essential for: 1. Lighting Analysis: Using Clay Mode to evaluate the impact of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling glazing and the distribution of the custom curved halo-lighting fixtures. 2. Material Selection: Refining the interplay between polished stone flooring, metallic architectural columns, and the "Diplomatic Blue" brand identity elements. 3. Spatial Flow: Visualizing the relationship between the open waiting lounge and the secure service counters to ensure optimal pedestrian circulation. 4. Technical Specifications * Modeling: Complex ceiling geometries and institutional structural elements modeled in Revit. * Rendering: Real-time raytracing in D5 Render to achieve physically accurate reflections on the metallic and wood surfaces. Biophilic Design: Integration of interior greenery to enhance indoor air quality and provide a calming atmosphere for visitors. Modern Apartment Building Visualization | G+5 Residential Exterior A contemporary G+5 apartment building designed with a clean minimalist language, integrated ground-floor parking, and a balanced urban façade composition. This project focused on creating a premium architectural exterior visualization that highlights proportions, material contrast, lighting mood, and realistic environmental integration. The presentation includes: • Final photorealistic exterior render • White conceptual clay render for design development • Lighting and atmosphere exploration • Minimal modern façade detailing • Landscape and streetscape composition The goal was to achieve a refined architectural identity while maintaining realistic scale, depth, and cinematic visual storytelling. Special attention was given to warm interior lighting, façade rhythm, shadow behavior, and composition to create a high-end residential presentation suitable for architects, developers, and real estate marketing. Mini Living Area Interior Design for Ms. Esetemariam ✨ This interior visualization project was designed as a warm and cozy gathering space where the client can relax, enjoy coffee, and connect with nature. The concept focuses on creating a seamless indoor-outdoor interplay, extending the living area toward an outdoor terrace centered around a modern fireplace. The project is currently under construction. Inspired by biophilic design, the space combines natural materials, earthy tones, soft lighting, and greenery to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The built-in seating arrangement enhances comfort while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic. Large glass openings strengthen the visual connection between the interior and exterior, making the space feel open, serene, and inviting. Modeled in Revit and rendered with D5 Render, this project highlights my work in interior visualization, architectural storytelling, and cozy luxury space design.

Project Title: Modern Contemporary G+4 Residence | 150sq.m Urban Luxury Overview This project involved the complete architectural development and high-fidelity visualization of a G+4 private residence, plus a functional rooftop terrace. Situated on a compact 150sq.m urban plot, the design challenge was to maximize vertical living space while maintaining an airy, modern contemporary aesthetic. Design Philosophy The facade features a rhythmic play of solid white masses balanced by vertical wooden louver systems. These louvers serve a dual purpose: providing essential solar shading and ensuring privacy for the large floor-to-ceiling glazing without sacrificing natural light. The cantilevered sections create a dynamic silhouette that stands out in an urban context. Technical Scope & Deliverables As the lead architectural designer and visualizer on this project, I managed the full workflow from conceptual drafting to final presentation: Architectural Visualization: Produced cinematic external renders using D5 Render, focusing on realistic lighting and material textures. Interior Design & Rendering: Developed a cohesive interior language that mirrors the modern exterior, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor transition. Floor Plans & Drafting: Executed comprehensive 2D floor plans optimized for a 150sq.m footprint, ensuring efficient circulation across all five levels. Detail Drawings: Provided technical construction details and drafting to ensure the design's structural integrity met the high standards required by the client (Professional Engineer). Software Stack Revit: Core architectural modeling and drafting. D5 Render: High-fidelity architectural visualization and environmental lighting. Cap Cut: Digital narrative and video presentation for client walkthroughs.

Project Title: Past, Present & Future | Bio-Adaptive Desert Housing in Afar, Ethiopia Overview Located in Berhale, one of the hottest and lowest regions in Ethiopia, this project is a response to the extreme desert conditions of the Sahel. The design serves as a bridge between the bold cultural history of the Afar people and a sustainable future, creating a "survivable" present through climate-responsive architecture. The Concept: Biomimicry & Subterranean Living To combat the extreme Saharan heat, the spatial arrangement takes inspiration from desert fauna. By mimicking the thermal regulation of desert animals, the design buries active living spaces (kitchen, living, dining) below ground level to utilize the earth’s natural thermal mass for cooling. Private sleeping quarters are kept at ground level within reinforced dome structures, traditional to Afar culture. Key Architectural Features Aero-Dynamic Domes: Utilizing local materials, the dome structures maximize airflow and minimize solar radiation absorption. Annex & Interactive Neighborhoods: Intermediate spaces between residential units act as public interactive nodes, preserving the traditional communal lifestyle of the region. Water Autonomy & Harvesting: The project addresses the critical water shortage in the Sahel through a multi-tier system: Atmospheric Water Towers: Collecting humidity and fog from the air. Surface Collection: Integrated channels that funnel rainwater into a central reservoir. Drip Irrigation: Using stored water to support reforestation efforts in the arid landscape. Eco-Sanitation: Implementation of waterless "Eco-San" toilets utilizing the region's abundance of sand and potash to create fertile soil for future greenery. Technical Execution Sectional Analysis: (As shown in the technical drawings) Designing complex subterranean levels and structural domes. Sustainability Planning: Integrating low-tech, high-impact systems for water and waste management. Clustering Logic: Designing circular residential clusters that mirror traditional Afar settlements, fenced with local stone.
