Cover image for I spent the last year
I spent the last year watching people use my website. Not surveys. Not guesses. Actual visits. And one thing surprised me: people don't necessarily leave when they see the product. Some come back. Some visit multiple pages. Some spend several minutes reading. But almost nobody reaches the pricing step. Now I'm trying to figure out why. Maybe it's the offer. Maybe the explanation. Maybe the CTA. Maybe it's something else.

Cover image for Two alerts came in, two
Two alerts came in, two minutes apart. A new port was listening on the server, then the list changed again when it closed. I hadn't touched the machine. I had just woken up. That's exactly why I built AlfaNest Sentinel. It doesn't need me staring at a dashboard all day. It watches the infrastructure, detects changes, and tells me when something doesn't match the expected state. Was it an attack? Not necessarily. It could be a legitimate process, an update, a deployment, or something I simply don't remember starting. But that's not the point. A security system shouldn't assume. It should notice. I can investigate the change from there. Sentinel is an internal AlfaNest Labs system. It's not a product I'm selling. It's simply what I use to keep an eye on my own infrastructure. Sometimes the best security tools are the ones that wake you up before you know there's something to check.

Cover image for Two AI coding agents, two
Two AI coding agents, two machines, one repo. Who touches what? Parallel agents step on each other: overlapping edits, rewritten modules, a working tree nobody trusts. AlfaNest Relay is a local-first coordination bus for AI coding agents. Agents lock a path, publish one patch per finished task, and the other side receives exports and impact first. Apply is a human YES or NO. AUTO apply is off, and a reject leaves the disk untouched. The relay carries events and diffs, never the project tree. .env and secret globs never leave. The open-source repo (MIT) is the MCP plugin: Streamable HTTP, OAuth sign-in, manifests for Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, VS Code and Gemini CLI.
