Turning one cool photo into a full video scene is usually a nightmare. Faces melt, outfits morph, and the vibe gets lost. I was wasting hours fighting prompts just to get decent B-roll.
So I built a tool to fix my own problem: Frame to Scene Expansion, my entry for the FLORA...
