Cursor Escape — My cursor went to CapCut World LA without me. 3 AM, I fall asleep on the keyboard. A notification pops up — "CapCut World LA · TODAY" — and my cursor decides it's done dragging clips. It squeezes out of the monitor, zip-lines down the cable into the router, surfs a pulse of light through fiber, races under the Atlantic past a very confused octopus… and bursts out of a laptop on the main stage to click PLAY. Morning: "…Where's my cursor?" Made in CapCut: characters and keyframes in Seedream 4.5, 9 shots in Seedance 1.5 Pro, edit, titles and music in the CapCut editor.

Screen Fight — Not flying to LA? Win the fight on screen and walk out of it. Kira and Glitch duel on a rainy neon rooftop… then the camera pulls back: it's all playing on the giant screen of the CapCut World LA main stage. Kira notices the crowd, pushes her hand through the screen and steps onto the stage — from 2D anime into 3D. Built entirely in CapCut: character sheets and keyframes in Seedream 4.5, every shot animated with Seedance 1.5 Pro, and the pull-out done by hand in the CapCut editor with Scale/Position keyframes on two layers so the fight lands exactly inside the stage screen.

Cover image for One Hundred Demons · 2026:
One Hundred Demons · 2026: Kawanabe Kyōsai's night parade of 1890, redrawn for the things we throw away. In Japanese folklore, an object that survives a hundred years grows a soul, and in 1890 Kawanabe Kyōsai's Pictures of One Hundred Demons showed these spirits as a night parade of lutes, gongs and cooking pots running on clawed feet across empty paper. I found the book in The Met's Open Access collection, cropped eight spreads down to bare ink and pink, mint and ochre wash, and built a Recraft V4 Style from them. Each plate of One Hundred Demons · 2026 keeps the composition of one Kyōsai spread and swaps his haunted kitchenware for the things we now throw away after two years: a smartphone buried under 99+ unread messages, a microwave on a demon's shoulder, a knot of wired earphones, an ox courier with a delivery bag. Our things no longer wait a century to come back, so this is their parade.

Edit My Way to CCW · Ep. 06 — Speed Ramp The doors of CapCut World LA close in ten seconds and he is two hundred meters away. He can't run faster, so he changes the speed of the shot itself: the world blurs as he accelerates, a confetti cannon freezes into bullet time around him, and he dives through the gap between the closing doors in slow motion. The guard: "Ten seconds." Him, from the floor: "Nine. I trimmed one." Episode 6 of a series where every episode is built around a CapCut feature, used inside the story instead of explained.
