Ergofect: AI Automation with Human Control.
An AI automation practice connecting CRM, inbox, documents, and spreadsheets through focused workflows with explicit human checkpoints and exception ownership.
Ergofect is an AI automation practice focused on the work that happens between business tools: copying records, interpreting documents, preparing replies, routing requests, and rebuilding reports. Its proposition is to connect those handoffs while keeping people accountable for exceptions and consequential decisions.
As Founder, I work across workflow strategy, UX/UI design, and AI automation. The service and website bring those disciplines together around a focused pilot with an agreed scope, explicit human checkpoints, and a measurable finish line. Client Lenz: Customer Evidence in Product Decisions.
A customer evidence platform helping product leaders review roadmap decisions with source-linked evidence, competing options, confidence, and decision rationale.
Client Lenz is a customer evidence platform built around a practical question: how can a product team use the research it already holds to make a significant decision with a clear, reviewable rationale? It brings customer interviews, support themes, and operational context into the same decision flow.
As Founder, I work across product strategy, UX/UI design, and AI product development. The central product direction is to make the relationship between evidence and a proposed decision visible, including where the evidence is incomplete or contradictory. Waretempo: A Spatial Workspace for Warehouse Visibility.
A warehouse visibility prototype linking stock locations, inventory availability, and pallet history.
Waretempo is a product design exploration for warehouse managers. It brings stock locations, quantities, and pallet history into a spatial workspace, with a clear route from a warehouse overview to the record behind a stock state.
The work spans product strategy, UX/UI design, and interactive prototyping. It connects the interface with a practical question: what would a warehouse team need to trust this view during a shift?
The current product is an interactive prototype with fictional records and simulated integrations. The screens show the proposed experience. A connected warehouse deployment still requires implementation and on-site validation. Feel Mobile App Development
